BT3 Fall Update

It's been a busy past few months for the Adirondack Birth to Three Alliance. The BT3 Executive Committee had a successful strategic planning meeting to set the path forward for the Alliance with two goals:
Goal 1: Improve and increase service delivery to BT3 children and families.
Building the Alliance as a coalition and network through which practitioners connect and work together to improve services
The Adirondack Birth to Three Alliance has a clear goal: To fulfill all childrens’ promise to become healthy, thriving, contributing members of their communities.
Adirondack Birth to Three Alliance pilots New Parent Kit
The Adirondack Birth to Three Alliance (BT3) has been selected by the NYS Parenting Education Partnership as one of five pilot groups for the New Parent Kit.
The Adirondack Birth to Three Alliance’s annual meeting will bring together educators, providers, government, nonprofits, and businesses to network, quickly review progress to date, and consider strategies to support services for families with young children across the region.
On Saturday, February 25 local community members joined us at a Community Café to talk about the potential of a family resource center in Saranac Lake.
Praise for governor's proposals -- and a suggestion
Included in Governor Cuomo’s 2017 State of the State are two proposals that go in the right direction toward making high-quality early childhood education more affordable for more families.
