Joint Council for Economic Opportunity

The Joint Council for Economic Opportunity (JCEO) of Clinton and Franklin Counties, Inc., is a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the dignity and self-reliance of low-income individuals by providing comprehensive services such as Head Start programs, senior care, food assistance, medical transportation, and housing support.
