Parent and Provider Survey

The NYS Council on Children and Families is developing a statewide media campaign to raise awareness about developmental health — helping families recognize milestones and partner with educators and providers to support every child’s growth.
They want to hear from New York families, caregivers, educators, and clinicians about your experiences and what you know about child development. Your feedback will guide their messaging and make sure this campaign truly reflects the voices of families across our state.
The survey is short, anonymous, and confidential — and available in English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole.
